Install and repair communication cables - copper pairs, coax and optic fibre including fusion splice, fault finding and mechanical field repair
Install and remove split aircons up to 18KW

Other abilities, not regulated but sometimes resembling a black voodoo
Core drill bricks and concrete
Assemble and install small and medium size server room racks including active cooling systems
Design and install small data networks, including switches, routers, VLANs, VPNs and other small to medium network features
Repair electronics up to component level, especially if it is old and not available as spare parts anymore.
Make some specific frames, brackets and other fixings for strange and inconvenient equipment installation places if there is no other way - hang it to the roof on rods, fit to light hollow wall with local reinforcement and so on
And even pilot a plane including aerobatics but it is not usable as job, great funny toy only.
Full scale electrical works (fixed wiring and other licensed electrical works) - my electrical licence is restricted one
Aircon repairs - my AC licence is restricted also.
